Yes, we recommend our ‘Enhance me’ classes for beginners. This is an excellent way to familiarise yourself with the flow and structure of our classes and movements before advancing to more challenging sessions.
All you need to bring is your enthusiasm, a sweat towel, grip socks and a water bottle. We provide everything else you might need.
Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely is best. Choose clothes that won't cause you to overheat. Don’t forget your grip socks.
Yes, for your health and safety, wearing grip socks is crucial. Don't worry if you don't have a pair; we offer grip socks in our studio for your convenience.
To see significant results, both physically and mentally, we recommend attending Pilates classes at-least two-three times a week.
Pilates is generally a low-impact exercise suitable for pregnancy. However, it's essential to consult your GP or obstetrician for approval before starting. Contact us with your doctor's approval to discuss the best classes for you.
Participants must be over 16 years of age to join My Pilates HQ classes and if a participant is under 18 we will need a parent or guardian approval.
