Movements are designed to be scalable, allowing you to progress week by week while maintaining proper form and technique.

A 50-minute full-body stretch and mobility class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance recovery. This session targets tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and lower back using controlled reformer-based movements and breathe to open the body and calm the mind and restore the body!
Perfect for anyone needing a reset for the week, recovering from gym sessions, football, or just life in general - leave feeling lengthened, relaxed, and restored. - Perfect for anyone needing to reset, release tension, or find a moment of stillness in their week.

Virtual Reformer Classes / $19 a week / Casual Class $15
- Suitable for: All levels welcome
- Bring the MPHQ experience to you - anytime, anywhere. Our Virtual Reformer classes offer the same flow, burn, and energy you love, all from the comfort of home. Each 50-minute session guides you through a full-body reformer-inspired movement designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore. Perfect for busy schedules, work-from-home days, or when you just can’t make it to the studio.
- Available: Monday, Tuesday & Friday - 11:30AM to 3:15PM Saturday - 2 PM to 6:45 PM & Between 11:30AM and 1:15PM
- Virtual class days between 11:30AM - 1:15PM, children are more than welcome - as long as they’re in a pram or carrier.
