ENHANCE ME

Suitable for: Beginner & Intermediates

About the class: This class welcoming and serving all levels of Beginners and Intermediates.

Pre requisites: No pre requisites needed

Class Length: 50 Minutes

  • Start your pilates journey with us, a 50 minute, full body workout to focus on your form and precision.

    Our Enhance Me Reformer Pilates class is a dynamic fusion of strength-building exercises and mindful movements, specifically designed to foster a connection between the body and mind. You'll feel your muscles ignite with power, while simultaneously enhancing your flexibility and mobility. Concentrating on technique to allow you to push your limits, break a sweat and have fun while doing it!


Sculpt Me

Suitable for: Intermediates & Advanced

About the class: This class welcoming and serving all levels of Intermediate to Advanced

Pre requisites: A strong foundation of basic to intermediate skills of Reformer Pilates

Class Length: 50 Minutes

    This class welcomes participants of intermediate to advance Pilates skills offering modifications during the class to meet your needs.

    Discover the intensity of fully engaging your muscles, shaping your physique, and finding the perfect balance between strength and elegance.

    Sculpt Me isn't just a workout—it's a transformative experience for your mind and body.


Mums & Bubs

Post-Pregnancy Pilates and Wellness

Suitable for: New mothers from 6 weeks postpartum. Babies are not just allowed but encouraged to join, providing a calm and caring atmosphere until they begin to crawl.

Class Length: 50 Minutes

  • You are invited to bring your Bub to class, creating a unique opportunity to bond with your child while you exercise. Your Bub is welcome to stay close to you, either on the Pilates reformer, nestled in their carrier, or on a personal mat. We understand that babies will be babies, so please know that this is a judgment-free zone where the focus is on your comfort and your child's safety. This journey is to focus on your pelvic floor reinforcement, deep abdominal strengthening, help improve posture, and overall body strength.

    Pre requisites: Bubs should be aged between 6 weeks and 7 months, and not yet crawling, to ensure safety within the studio environment. Due to limited space, pram parking is restricted, so we encourage you to consider alternative options like a baby capsule, bouncer, or mat for your child's comfort.

    Re-engage with your mind and body through movement in a supportive setting, aimed at restoring and strengthening your body after the joyous arrival of your newborn!

    Classes of small groups only up to 10 per class being instructed by a qualified Pilates instructor to lead you through classes specifically designed for post-pregnancy rehabilitation. These sessions offer a balanced mix of strengthening, stretching, cardiovascular exercises, and enjoyable movements, tailored for your body's recovery process.

    Please note: There is limited space for prams so please only bring yours if you need to. Otherwise we request you bring Bub in their capsule/carrier. Classes are designed for your wellness and bonding experience and cannot be billed through private health insurance rebates.

  • Definitely! My Pilates HQ is a welcoming space for everyone, no matter their skill level. For beginners, we suggest trying our ‘Enhance Me’ which focuses on foundational Pilates and form, making it perfect for newcomers.

  • Yes, we recommend our ‘Enhance me’ classes for beginners. This is an excellent way to familiarise yourself with the flow and structure of our classes and movements before advancing to more challenging sessions.

  • All you need to bring is your enthusiasm, a sweat towel, grip socks and a water bottle. We provide everything else you might need. 

  • Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely is best. Choose clothes that won't cause you to overheat. Don’t forget your grip socks..

  • Yes, for your health and safety, wearing grip socks is crucial. Don't worry if you don't have a pair; we offer grip socks in our studio for your convenience.

  • To see significant results, both physically and mentally, we recommend attending Pilates classes at-least two-three times a week.

  • Pilates is generally a low-impact exercise suitable for pregnancy. However, it's essential to consult your GP or obstetrician for approval before starting. Contact us with your doctor's approval to discuss the best classes for you.

  • Participants must be over 16 years of age to join My Pilates HQ classes and if a participant is under 18 we will need a parent or guardian approval.
